Meet Your Private Trip Planner
I’ve spent years exploring Italy, but my connection to Southern Italy became something deeper when I began returning to Castel Morrone, the town of my ancestry, three years ago. I also travel solo each year, choosing somewhere new to explore on my own—and my most recent journey was no exception. I spent six weeks in Italy, including four weeks traveling through Campania, immersing myself in local life, food, traditions, and the places that rarely make it onto a typical itinerary.
I spent a week in Naples determined to see for myself what was beyond the reputation that often keeps travelers away. What I found was a city full of character, generosity, incredible food, and history—a place that, to me, holds the soul of Southern Italy. And then there was Ischia, which completely stole my heart.
These experiences changed the way I travel. I want to help you discover the Italy that made me fall in love with it—the neighborhood trattorias, family traditions, small towns, local producers, beautiful landscapes, and people who bring them to life.
